Registration is required for all Workshop participants and accompanying persons.
Link with registration will appear on this site in Spring 2018.

Important:
- Payments should clearly state the participant's name(s)
- All payments should have the notification "BN2018"
- For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names
- Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form
- VAT (22%) is included in the registration fee
Cancelation of registration:
All cancellations of Symposium registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Symposium Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than July 29, 2018 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Workshop. Cancellation received after July 30, 2018 will not be refunded.
Authors with accepted abstracts don't receive registration refund.
Confirmation of registration
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.

The official language of the Symposium is English
Registration and Information Desk
The Registration Desk for the workshop will be located in the foyer of City hotel and open from 18th till 19th September. Opening hours will be announced at a later date.
Symposium Identification Badge
A symposium identification badge will be included in the symposium material provided upon Registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions without the symposium badge. Invitations to social events will be collected at the entrance.
