Hotel booking for below listed hotels can be made during the congress registration proces
Ljubljana and the hotels from our list are easily accessible from the airport, since there are only 25 km from Jože Pučnik Airport to the city centre. Ljubljana has railway and bus stations located in the heart of the city and all the major hotels are centrally located.
A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked in Ljubljana with arrival April 22/23, 2024, and departure April 27/28, 2024 for the conference. Additional nights can be confirmed if available.
Hotel Cancellation policy
- Before 15 March 2024 cancellations are non-chargeable.
- After 16 March 2024 one night will be debited to your credit card.
- After 15 April 2024 the entire stay will be debited to your credit card.
- In case of “No show” hotel will cancel the room automatically next morning at 9:00h, and no refund will apply for participants who fail to attend.
Rates
Prices are in EUR and include one-night stay per room including buffet style breakfast (VAT and tourist tax included). Accommodation can be secured by credit card only and is payable directly to the hotel upon check-out.
Group booking conditions
Accommodation bookings for larger groups of participants (more than 5 rooms) require a one-night deposit.
Full payment for the specified rooms must be made by February 20, 2024, to confirm the booking.
Any changes or cancellations will be accepted until February 20, 2024.
Refunds, minus á 60 EUR handling fee, will be issued for cancellations made before February 20, 2024.
From February 21, 2024 onwards, no refund will be possible.
